All Nish Hair products are made from 100% human hair, ensuring a natural look, feel, and the ability to style with heat tools just like your own hair.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-12 business days depending on the location.
Can I color or dye my hair extensions?
Yes, since our extensions are made from human hair, they can be dyed darker. However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening them as it can damage the hair cuticles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging with security seals intact. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been worn or tampered with.
How do I choose the right shade for my hair?
We recommend matching the color to the ends of your hair rather than the roots. You can also send us a photo of your hair in natural light for a personalized color match recommendation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
